Creating and maintaining accounts receivable - Contract tab

Menu path
Go to Finance ➔ Accounts receivable ➔ Maintain or CRM ➔ Accounts ➔ Maintain accounts, and then click New or select an account and click Edit. Next, click the Contract tab.
Introduction
This document provides the information on how to view sales or service contracts that are attached to a debtor.
Fields
All/Sales/Service
Select Sales to view sales contracts, select Service to view service contracts, or select All to view both sales and service contracts.
Active
Select this check box to display contracts that are still active.
Contracts section
The contract(s) created and attached to the debtor will be displayed in this section.
Extend ELC expiry date
Click this to extend the expiry date of the contract license voucher which is in ELC file format.
Note: This functionality is for internal use only.
Details section
Detailed information such as the start date of the contract, description, contract amount, sales price, and others are displayed.
Note: It is possible that not all columns in this example are displayed. You can add or delete columns as required. For more information, see Inserting and deleting columns.
